When I recently got my MRCC in the mail, the green, blue, and black buttons were loose inside the packaging. I gently pushed them back on but when I turned the unit over, they fell off. Is this normal? Should I push harder to snap them in? Should I glue them on? I don't want to void the warranty or break the electronics inside, so I'm waiting to learn what I should do. Thanks!

So the button caps snap onto some square topped tactile switches inside the device, if they all 3 came off, it was probably that the circuit board got pushed to one side enough to pop them off. It sounds to me like it was probably the result of a rather hard bump during shipping. We've taken steps to prevent this from happening, but it could still occur. Go ahead and send me an email at support@conductivelabs.con and we can discuss what to do to get it sorted out. It may be we can just open it up together over a video call and get it fixed.
