Modulation Matrix Problem

I tried this out last night per description here. There was a stuck note every time I changed chord degree. I found this odd because I modulate the Pad position a lot. Or, to be emphatic, A LOT. And, rarely, if ever, have stuck notes. The only difference I found was the modulator. In this example, it is LFO1 (mine was set to Uni 5.0s tri) that fails every time. My typical use modulator is MOD2 BiPol 48 beat sine that never, or rarely, gets stuck notes.

The modulator, or the rate, may be key in differentiating success or failure. Definitely more experiments are needed, but this appears real to me.
