Hello - new owner of the MRCC as of a couple weeks -
When I turn the unit on, between 1 and 4 LEDs towards the right end of the unit (MIDI Out LEDs) remain lit at an eye piercingly bright level
. I have to restart it several times in a row before it "fixes" itself, meaning without any of the ultra bright LEDs in my face. Seriously, so bright it puts a shadow of my body on the ceiling. To be clear, these are LEDs underneath ports with nothing plugged into them, so they should be completely dim. I'm not trying to adjust the overall brightness of the unit's LEDs. And it's not the same LEDs every time, or amount. Sometimes 1, sometimes 4,
I updated firmware on weekend, but that didn't fix it. What are my next steps? return it to Perfect Circuit?
