Better MIDI monitor

1. Improved running / paused indicator to make it clearly obvious if the monitoring is running or not 
   
2. Three MIDI monitor sub-pages - incoming, outgoing, combined
   
3. Encoder to scroll through the recent messages (let's say hopefully at least 50-100 rows) when monitor is paused
   
4. Maybe colored fonts for different types of messages on incoming / outgoing screens
   
5. Two font colors for incoming / outgoing messages on the combined screen
   
6. Show all toggle to also display clock and other filtered out messages (different color)

Good suggestions. We've had the scroll feature on the todo list since we invented the thing, but nobody ever mentioned using the monitor so we didn't spend time on it. We'll put it back on the list.

Would be nice to have a way to mirror the midi monitor via usb on a bigger screen
