Hey Rob, sorry to hear you're starting out with issues right out of the box! That's annoying. I'd love to help get this sorted out for you. The test procedure you mentioned is something that is supposed to happen before it's boxed so we're likely dealing with a unit that was packaged without being fully tested. Would you be so kind as to send me an email at Support@conductivelabs.com and we can discuss the best solution. I'm almost certain this should be solvable with a fw update, but we can talk it through together and figure that out.
