Are you on the latest beta firmware? As you may have seen we recently took a good deep look at our USB enumeration and port naming and I think we're pretty confident that naming issues are fixed on our end. It's always possible that I'm wrong, but I don't think there is anything we're doing that would prevent the ports from showing up in normal (correctly implemented) use cases. You my reach out to the Studio one devs and ask them to get in touch with us (support@conductivelabs.com) and we can see if there's anything we can do to steer them in the right direction.
Hi TBrett,
If you are using a PC you can run MidiOx and set up MidiIn and MidiOut of any/all MRCC PC ports  as Midi devices.
If you are using earlier than Win10 this setup prevents the MRCC Ports being connected to other applications because the early Microsoft standard driver was "single client", but... loopMIDI is "multiclient" and can be connected to any number of applications.

You can use MidiOx to connect the MRCC to loopMIDI a system of virtual (free software) l MIDI cables

Install loopMidi and set up a few virtual cables (you can add more later). Name them loopMRCC1in, loopMRCC1Out, loopMRCC2In, loopMRCC2Out etc

Start MidiOx and go to Options/Midi Devices and setup the MRCC Ports you need and add the loopMIDI virtual cables you have setup..
In MidiOx create connections between the MRCC ports and the loopMIDI cables in the Port Routing window (menu View/Port Routings - left side are the MIDI inputs so drag one to the outputs on the right side to make a connection)

MRCC1In-> MidiOx ->loopMIDI1In : MRCC1In data will be sent out loopMRCC1In
and
loopMRCC1Out-> MidiOx ->MRCC1Out : loopMRCC1Out data will be sent out to the MRCC port MRCC1Out

Open Studio and make the Midi In "loopMRCC1In"
Open your other applications and also make the Midi In "loopMRCC1In"

Do the same for the MidiOut connections . Use loopMRCC1Out.

Hope this helps
