USB compatible (or not) devices list

I have a Pocket Miku Vocaloid Synth by Gakken (NSX-39).  It doesn't have midi connections, but I can connect it via USB to my linux computer and play it with a virtual midi keyboard.  When I connect it to the MRCC over USB, it doesn't respond to midi notes that are sent to it.  Is there any hope for me with this device?  Is there something that I can do to help figure out the issue?  Thanks.
