Not quite 5m, but I'm using a 15ft. one for MIDI to a synth, so I imagine it would work for the MRCC to PC run as well.  There's also a longer one I haven't tried, but the price is pretty reasonable that it could be worth taking a chance on one.  The one I have is: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/6...ype_A.html
