Oh man, this is a new one. Hard to say what's going on here exactly, and while I'm confident that all will be revealed in time, I would love to help you at least get things working for a start. First off, the NDLR should have no trouble receiving clock from an external source over USB, Just make sure it's set to "External USB1" if it's coming from the MRCC.
an you give me a little more detail as to what is actually happening with the clock? What is Jumping?
Not sure what is happening with the MIDI CC 19, that is the MIDI CC that NDLR receives to change MIDI Channel, however I don't know about whether or not it's supposed to be sending it. I'll look into that.
Go ahead and give it a shot with the Clock set to external and see if that sorts you out for now, and let me know how it goes via email at Support@conductivelabs.com, and if that doesn't work we can work on another solution.
