USB Midi Clock runs at 2x or 4x with Deluge

I know this is a little off topic, but i just got my NDLR a couple of days ago and I am trying to sync via midi from my Deluge. I have got it sync'd, but when I stop the Deluge and restart, the NDLR just picks up where it left off and does not restart from the beginning. Anyone know how to fix this?
