Check out the previous page, 52, for the answer. The lower right-hand graphic has two blue knobs represented as CC1 and CC2. Page 53 describes how you define the action of the blue knobs.
They are for: your convenience.
They work: when you twist encoder 4 and 8 in the "MIDI Part" window for each part
They are transmitted: when you twist the encoders
Min/Max refer to: the minimum and maximum values transmitted by twisting the encoders, they act as data limiters
Basically, CC1 and CC2 add two user definable knobs - per part - to the NDLR to control whatever aspect of your external synths that you want. Like, two free knobs. Kinda cool, eh?
