I heard back from Easyship who contacted DHL on our behalf. They really had no explanation due to not knowing the specific circumstances. They said you would have to talk to the DHL office in the receiving Country. I suspect that PDofCC's message above might be an good example of what can generate this extra charge. I really don't know what we can do about currency fluctuations, the customs dept. should be expecting such minor discrepancies when calculating exchange rates.
