OK many thanks for checking this. I was also interested to see the paperwork that has now arrived with the NDLR but the only document in the plastic wallet stuck to the package had no cost or value information at all. I’ll contact DHL to ask for a detailed explanation and will ask them to provide evidence of the reason for the surcharge, and I’ll get back to you.
