Hello CL, my NDLR is unfortunately defective. First there was no display/menu after the start screen, now it won't turn on at all, doesn't light up etc. How can we fix this? Many greetings! Hubert

I got this sorted via email. We were able to get it up and running by sending it a firmware update.
