I am using an op1 field with mrcc and it works with either the 4 host ports or the pc port. One issue I have is I can’t seem to receive start and stop messages on the op1 field but I am able to send them just fine. I know they are considered midi system real-time messages. Can you tell me if the mrcc clock sends transport messages in that format.

Yes, the start stop on the MRCC clock is sent as MIDI Real Time Messages. It may be worth making sure that these aren't being filtered on that routing by accident, although it's probably a long shot... You may wish to reach out to TE, I think we sent them an MRCC a while back, maybe they can identify the issue?
