CCMod value not surviving a restart

If I set CC Mod 1 to change all CC0 on channel 9 to CC32 on 9 it will be CC01 not CC0 when I come back to it after having saved and restarted.

I'll see if I can get Steve to take a look at this with me early next week. Seems like it should be easy to fix if we can find it.
