Motif play range

It would be cool to be able to move the play range anywhere inside patterns & rythms.

Do you mean have the range be modulated by a pattern or something else?

I mean if you have a motif with less than the maximum count of notes or rythms (ie. 4:8) to be able to move the group (4 or 8) anywhere in their patterns, not starting at first rythm or notes:
