HI Just got the MRCC and I seem to have issue with the PC port If I press the right button to send data to my Mac the blue light will not stay on and I cannot send Midi to my Mac. Is there a known bug or is my unit defective ?
Or am I missing something

This sounds like a common issue which is the result of a small misconception with how the routing works to and from PC ports.
In order to set any routings on the MRCC you must first select a Source port. This can be a DIN port, any of the USB host ports or the PC ports sending MIDI from the computer... To select a DIN port is easy, just press the button beneath the input port you want to route from. Now where it gets trickier is with ports that may have multiple sub ports like the USB host ports A-D which each have 4 ins.
Now to select one of them, we must press and hold the left hand button, which will light up the first 4 output port LEDs, one of them will be brighter than the rest. That one is the default port selected, and if you let go now, that will be the source selected, otherwise with that button held you can press a button below any of the 4 lit ports to select the one you wish to route from, then release the button. Those 4 output ports will stop being lit up and you'll the single LED below the input port will be lit to indicate you have one of those ports selected, and you can route it to any ports you wish. To route it to a PC port we have to follow a very similar process using the right hand destination button on the PC port, holding it down and selecting the PC port destination from one of the 12 now lit output port buttons. Releasing the destination button will cause the 12 output port buttons to return to their day job of selecting DIN output ports.
This process is the same for MIDI routed from the PC port, you can follow the same steps but using the Source button of the PC port to select one of the 12 inputs ports coming from the PC...
I hope that clears things up, but if you are still having trouble with it, send me an email at Support@conductivelabs.com and I'll set up a zoom meeting to show you what I mean. Once it clicks you'll have it figured out forever, it just takes a second to grasp because it's a little abstract.
