help please ::: settings for Jazz improvisations?

Hi guys,
just received my ndlr unit..all fine but  i`m going crazy for set it up for jazz improvisations for the four parts and i need your help.

please any suggestions? for the clock divisions,scales,rhythm & patterns  and global mode.
