Hey Astrin,
Take a look at editor/librarian that one of the forum users Royce made. There is a subforum dedicated to it under the NDLR branch, and it should fit the bill for most of your needs once you get it configured.

Thanks Jesse, from what I saw, my impression was that the librarian program was to just back up the patches from the NDLR, but not to edit them. I just took a quick look at the online manual. I’ll spend some time with the program and contribute to that thread on the forums.
