Not saving - PaulaM - 10-21-2021
I've updated to the latest firmware, and begun using my MRCC.
but whenever I power on it loads "Factory", when I try and save a routing I can select "User 1" , "User 2", etc (these are in red rather than green)
Then I move down to "SAVE" and press shift + encoder,
The LED on MIDI out 1 lights in red briefly, but nothing is saved.
If I try and load it, again I get the red LED on MIDI out 1.
powering off and back on and it loads the "Factory" routing again.
I have also tried a new SDCard, same problem.
Any suggestions?
ok, figured it out.. you use the black button on the right of the display rather than the encoder.

Hi Paula, I think the problem is pressing the encoder, try using [Shift + the black button], I think that should do it. If not send me an email at support@conductivelabs.com and I will schedule a support meeting with you to figure it out.
