We talked to peter a while back (at Sensel) when we were originally having issues getting it to work, and he offered to loan us a unit. We didn't need it at the time, after all so we didn't take him up on it then. I may reach out to him again and see if we can borrow one and see what's up. For the time being you'll have to plug the device in after booting when you want to use it with the MRCC, sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm having a boot issue now as well.
Worked wonderfully last night. Today I turn it on and the boot process stops after lighting the 7th led
Firmware upgrade fixed it - and somehow kept my presets intact! WOOOO!

Yeah the update process (for the most part) no longer needs to remove the save slots, thank goodness!
