Thank you, ..... Special request when it comes to the cord sequencing.
Based on a basic kick snare 16 step drum pattern Where the kick is on steps one and nine, and the snare is on five and 13, I would love to be able to put chords or just stabs/triggers on steps 3, 7, 11 and 15 for reggae vibes

Are you requesting a “no chord” step. I was thinking about adding a 0 (“NC”) to the chord degree attribute for a rest-step for the specified duration (0-32).
