I want to convert MIDI CC parameters from Faderfox MX12 (MIDI din input) to Allen heath QU SB (MIDI USB) effects parameters (NRPN hex). MRCC could do the job ?

MRCC doesn't convert any CCs to NRPN unfortunately, so you may need to look elsewhere for that. I don't think we have any reports as to whether A&H mixers have been tested for USB MIDI either, but I will checkh and report back.
Looks like I was right, noone has reported as to whether or not Allen and Heath Mixers will work or not via USB MIDI with the MRCC.
Hi I was wondering if MRCC will pass through NRPN Messages from one device to another? I didnt find NRPN when searching the manual.

Sure it does. NRPN is just multiple CCs anyways.
It passes sysex as well.
