This isn't to do with the NDLR directly but rather this web page. I generally check every morning for new messages and do a quick scan of each NDLR area. This is on my iPad while slurping coffee. The other day I noticed that the "NDLR Librarian API" was missing however ... later I checked on my desktop and it's there. Back to the iPad ... not there!

Has there been some change to the web page recently that would do this?

I don't think so. The only thing I could think would be if you were not logged in you might not see some areas. I know this is true of the Beta Testing areas for instance. Could also be something weird with a browser I guess.
