Conductive Labs Support Forum

Does anyone know the current situation with Conductive Labs - are they still in business? I sent a NDLR to them for repair over 2 weeks ago, they acknowledged receipt of the item but I've heard nothing since. I've sent them 3 emails through their support portal which have been ignored and as they don't publish contact numbers anywhere there's no way of getting in touch. What sort of company is this?

I think your email is blocking my replies, I've sent a few. We're waiting on some parts and they should be here in the next two days. I sent another from my personal email this evening, I imagine that will get through. Sorry for the confusion.
